Impact Week 2006 Success!

The Valley Ministries Impact Week 2006 took place in our home town of Epsom, UK. over 35 delegates from all over the UK plus many international visitors came to be trained and equipped in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit. All 35 delegates felt that they had recieved something fresh and new.

"The Impact week was another life changing time where we experienced the awesome presence of God in nearly every meeting. I know that I am taking something home with me which will Impact my locality with the gospel of Jesus" (UK delegate)

This is just one of the many encouraging statements which were made by one of our delegates. The Impact Teams delegates went through one week of teaching and equiping in the Kings Church Epsom from the 10th - 15th April 2006.  Jonathan Conrathe, Pastor Freddy Brookes from Pevency Bay as well as David and Stephen Pailthorpe and the VM team were ministering on foundation truths from the gospel.

Stephen shares about the work on the Streets on Saturday morning:
"It was fantastic to be able to take the Impact Team out on the streets of Sutton on Easter Saturday this year. There were many 100s of busy shoppers trying to get their last minute Easter eggs before the bank holiday began. Our team of 30 was there in mass telling people of the love of God at Easter by sending His son Jesus...the real message of Easter. I had the privaledge of praying for a 92 year old man who was frail and alone over the Easter weekend. We had been taught to reach out for the Prophetic Word and Word of Knowledge on the streets and so I launched out in faith, believing God for a word for this dear man. I began to speak what I felt the Holy Spirit say to him, that he had been given many oppurtunities to give his life to Christ before but had rejected Him but the Lord was giving him another chance. As I spoke to him, his eyes began to well up and with great tears streaming down his face he declared "its true, its true, how can I be saved". I had the great privaledge of leading him to Jesus"

Along with this testimony, we have had countless other testimonies from other members of the Impact Team who found themselves stepping out on the streets to pray for people. In total around 10 people gave there life to Christ on the Streets that morning! As well as 12 more committments to Christ in our Healing for You meeting on Saturday evening. Praise God.
